AI Agents can be incredibly powerful, however, without tools, they are just glorified chat bots! Luckily, there are plenty of ways we can add tools to our agents. Developers building with Azure AI Foundry Agent Service have recently gotten a lot of new ways to add powerful tools to their agents, including integrations with MCP, Azure Logic Apps, Playwright browser automation, and more!
We will explore how to bring these types of tools to your AI agents using the Foundry Portal, and the Foundry SDK. I will demo Python code, but you can do the same in many other languages as well!
In the end of this session, there will be time for Q&A, so feel free to bring your agent-related questions.
